SleepBaby.org provides general educational information for parents and caregivers. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency services, or a professional relationship. Do not delay or disregard advice from a qualified healthcare professional because of something on this site. The Medical Disclaimer is part of these terms.
Permitted use
You may read, link to, and make reasonable personal use of publicly available material. You may not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, misuse contact channels, impersonate another person, evade access controls, exploit a security weakness, or use automated activity in a way that materially burdens the site or violates applicable law.
Content and intellectual property
Unless another source or license is identified, the site’s original text, artwork, branding, layout, and workshop material are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. A link or short quotation with clear attribution is welcome where legally permitted. Republishing substantial material, selling it, or presenting it as your own requires written permission.
Workshop purchases and access
The price, included materials, and refund period shown in the purchase flow at the time of checkout form part of the offer. Payments are handled through PayPal. You are responsible for providing an email address you can access and for keeping purchased material for personal use.
If you have an access problem or want to request a refund within the period shown with your purchase, email refund@sleepbaby.org with the checkout email address and PayPal transaction ID if available.
Third-party services, links, and advertisements
The site may link to, display material from, or use services operated by third parties, including Google and PayPal. Their content, availability, privacy practices, and terms are controlled by them. An advertisement or outside link is not a guarantee or endorsement by SleepBaby.org. See the Advertising Disclosure.
No promised result
Babies and family circumstances differ, and information can become outdated or be applied incorrectly. To the extent allowed by law, the site and its content are provided without a promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, suitable for every child, or produce a particular sleep, health, developmental, or financial result.
Your decisions and limitation of responsibility
You remain responsible for decisions about a child and for obtaining professional care when appropriate. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SleepBaby.org will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes, availability, and interpretation
Content, features, offers, and these terms may change. Updated terms apply from the date published unless a different date is stated. If one provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision once does not waive it.
