Where should I write?
General and editorial
Site questions, accessibility problems, source suggestions, and factual correction requests.
Privacy
Questions or requests about information associated with your visit or message.
Workshop and refunds
Purchase confirmation, workshop access, or a refund request under the offer shown at checkout.
What to include
A clear subject line and the URL of the page involved are usually enough for a site or editorial question. For workshop access or a refund, include the email address used at checkout and the PayPal transaction ID if you have it. Do not include full bank, debit-card, or credit-card details.
For a privacy request, describe what you would like us to access, correct, or delete and which email address you previously used with the site. We may need to verify that the request relates to you before acting on it.
Medical or urgent questions
SleepBaby.org does not provide individual medical assessment by email. If a baby may be in immediate danger, is having trouble breathing, is difficult to wake, or has another emergency symptom, contact local emergency services now. For non-emergency medical questions, contact the child’s pediatrician or another qualified healthcare professional who can assess the child.
What happens after you write
Messages are reviewed as capacity allows. Some questions require us to check a purchase record, page history, or service-provider record before we can respond. Sending the same message to several inboxes can slow that process down.
Before you send a request
How personal information is handled is explained in the Privacy Policy. Purchase and site-use conditions are explained in the Terms of Use.
