Start with the inbox you used at checkout. If you received “Your SleepBaby Workshop access” or “Download your files,” open the access link in that message.

  1. Search your email

    Search for “Your SleepBaby Workshop access,” “Download your files,” or “Baby Sleep Workshop.” Check your spam folder, too.

  2. Open your Workshop access

    On the delivery page, look for Open your SleepBaby Workshop. From your thank-you or order-status page, choose Open Workshop access first. An older order may show only Baby Sleep Workshop.pdf.

  3. Ask for help if it is missing

    Contact us with the email address you used to purchase and your order number, if you have it. Please don’t buy again just to find a download.
