- 1 cup seedless chopped watermelon
- One egg beat well
- 1/2 cup of self-rising flour or gluten-free flour
- 1 or 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1/4 cup of blueberries washed and pureed
Cut watermelon into cubes measuring one cup and let soak in a bowl for 5 to 10 minutes. Strain and put in blender and juice. Add this mixture to bowl with the egg and beat well. Add flour to the mix, and using a whisk or beater, beat well.
Wash blueberries, strain, and add to blender. Puree into syrup and a plastic container.
